Largement influencée par une famille où régnait un fort courant pour la découverte, notamment la curiosité d’apprendre sur l’environnement et les produits, ainsi que d’un plaisir naturel bien ressenti d’en partager les résultats, Lyne Pelletier aura construit sa carrière et son engagement social autour de ces concepts.  

Impliquée activement dans le domaine du vin depuis plus de 30 ans, elle cumule plusieurs expériences dans différentes sphères de ce domaine.  Juxtaposer à sa vie professionnelle en évaluation de la qualité des soins et des services en santé ou d’autres secteurs d’activités, Lyne Pelletier a acquis dans son parcours une solide expertise de rigueur et de reconnaissance de la qualité des produits et du travail de ceux qui y œuvrent. 

Juge dans des concours régionaux et internationaux de vins depuis plus de 20 ans ainsi que dans le secteur de la gastronomie ou elle fut entre autres organisatrices de nombreux évènements majeurs aux accords mets & vins.

Depuis janvier 2022, Lyne Pelletier est la Présidente de la Coupe des Nations, compétition nationale des vins et alcools du Québec (www.coupedesnations.ca), tout en maintenant une implication active dans plusieurs associations bachiques à titre de : Commandeure de la Commanderie des Costes du Rhône, Ambassadrice au Québec de la Confrérie du Royal Vin Jaune Jura France, Gouverneure de l’Amicale des Sommeliers du Québec, Compagnons du Beaujolais, Chevalière de la Confrérie des Minimes (Beaujolais, France).

Growing up in a family where curiosity for the surroundings and the local market economy was encouraged, Lyne Pelletier was strongly influenced by these values which lead her early on to recognize, share and promote the richness of the resources of the land and the craftsmanship invested by the men and women who stand behind their products. Sound strong values on which she built her prolific career and to which she remains faithful through her many professional and social commitments. 

For more than 30 years, her passion for the winemaking industry around the world brought her to get involved and take part in its many aspects. True to her tenacious and multi-talented personality, she simultaneously leads a successful professional career as international quality compliance expert consultant in the field of health care and human resource management spanning over 4 decades.

In the last 20 years, Lyne Pelletier has been acting as panel judge on many regional and international wine contests. Her various involvements in major events organization also reveal her talents and skills in gastronomy and wine pairing.

Since January 2022, Lyne Pelletier is president of the Coupe des Nations (www.coupedesnations.ca), a national contest held in Québec City to highlight the craftsmanship and quality of the wine and other fine alcool products made in the province of Québec.

Always eager to share her enthousiasm, she also remains actively involved in numerous organizations, amongst others, as: Commandor of the Commanderie des Costes du Rhône, Québec Ambassador for the Confrérie du Royal Vin Jaune Jura France, Governor for the Amicale des Sommeliers du Québec, Member of the Compagnons du Beaujolais, Knight of Confrérie des Minimes (Beaujolais France).
